21oz Melton Wool M65 Field Jacket - Black Jackets the woven fabric is top-dyedFirst issued to servicemen in 1965, the original M65 jacket was designed as a cold weather field coat for the US military. This reimagining, however, takes that cold weather aspect up a notch. Maintaining the classic cut complete with four large patch pockets and a hooded collar weve replaced the military sateen fabric traditionally used in its construction with a heavyweight 21oz Melton wool.
