Yamazaki 2013 Puncheon Single Malt Whisky - 700ml Parker's Heritage Collection 11th Edition with hints of sundried tomatoesA bottle of Yamazaki Puncheon from the 2013 Cask Collection, the final year of the series. Aged in 480 litre oak Puncheon, this is a rich and sweet Japanese whisky, but one that is elegant due to the slightly slower ageing caused by the smaller spirit to wood ratio.
