Shows some minor sediment. Wood and sweet spice notes are emphasised on the nose including fresh sawn American oak, vanilla and delicate cinnamon with the barley taking back seat. Light on entry but gains weight and body at the mid palate stage which is nicely rounded featuring muesli bar like flavours and creamy vanillin oak. A juicy burst before the oak input returns
