Aged for 5 years in American Oak Ex Hillrock Bourbon Barrels then finished in French Oak blood tubs. The Whisky is not chill filtered and retains all its complexity. Fresh vanilla, light caramel with just a hint of banana on the nose. It gently rolls on to the tongue with bright tart fruit on the palette. The finish is smooth and
