This one is a big block of flavor

it was known as ouvre l'apptit - the key to the appetite

To make this extraordinary gin

Shibui Pure Malt Whiskey 10yr 750 USA Fresh and bright"The combination of mature single malts from Lowlands, Scotland and Niigata, Japan that have been double distilled in pot stills works well here. This has a copacetic nose of dry spices, pepper, sandy seashells, and Whoppers, but its the comforting, warming flavorsapplesauce, cream, malted chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon, brown sugar, and spiced gingerbreadthat really unmask its full potential." 90wa
